To narrow down the source of bathroom mildew, it is best to isolate the source by limiting the movement of air within the room.
Close all possible intake and outflow points for air by closing the bathroom door and sealing the lower jamb, sealing negative air pressure vents (for a clothes dryer, for example), HVAC ducts, faucets, drains and the bathtub overflow drain. |
